STRENGTHENING THE LOCAL CATHOLIC COMMUNITY FOR GENERATIONS TO COME

INSPIRATION

"built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone, in whom the whole structure is joined together and grows into a holy temple in the Lord; in whom you also are built into it for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit."

Ephesians 2:20-22

HISTORY

BELOIT, KANSAS

A group of faithful Catholics began exploring ways to address the ongoing and future financial needs of their Catholic community.

United with a passion to perpetuate the Catholic faith for generations to come, they spent hundreds of hours studying Catholic foundations, endowments, and development processes within the U.S.

2003

Articles of incorporation were filed, bylaws adopted, and a board of trustees established.

Cornerstone Charitable Foundation (CCF) was founded as a 501(c)(3) non-profit to operate solely and exclusively as a charitable, scientific, literary and educational organization.

2005

CCF teamed up with with Immaculata Law Firm and Julius Capitala business/insurance/fundraising services firm, who shared their deep Catholic faith and belief in Catholic education.

The goal: ensure that the Catholic faith would thrive for another 100-plus years in Beloit and elsewhere.

2020

CCF has evolved to include several initiatives, along with being a conduit bond issuer for other nonprofit organizations.

Cornerstone’s success validates the faith, foresight and fortitude of its founders.  Our hope is that by using the CCF model, other Catholic organizations can financially support the faith for generations to come.

DONORS

Cornerstone's accomplishments are made possible by many generous individuals, families, and businesses. If you are moved by our story, prayerfully consider supporting our mission:

to strengthen the local Catholic community for generations to come.
